KSNT 27 News, Technical Director and Editor - February 2025 to Present

  • Prepare and direct the live newscasts 2-3 days a week.

  • Edit local and national video packages to prepare them for air in the newscasts 2-3 days a week.

  • Approve video packages from in-house reporters for air in the newscasts and the web.

  • Provide technical support on in-studio newscasts, and editing support on pre-recorded stories.

 

KMOS-TV, Video Production Specialist - February 2023 to December 2024

  • Assist in different live productions for PBS, including annual Pledge Drives

  • Produce my own and assist in the production of other students' projects posted to the Red Digital Studios YouTube channel

  • Provide technical support on in-studio talk shows, field documentary productions, and narrative projects, including camera operator, technical director and editor

Media Creators Association, Vice President - August 2023 - Present

  • Vice President of club dedicated to campus media creators and producing a variety of digital media

  • Organize and plan club meetings as a team, facilitate workshops for upcoming students, and provide support on and off-set for short-film projects, including producing, camera operation, audio recording, and editing

1. Passionate

I pride myself on being a very passionate individual. I love creating things, and I want to grow my skills more as a media creator. So, I am incredibly driven to learn and do more projects when creativity sparks.

2. Teamwork Oriented

In a collaborative field like media production, I know working with others is incredibly important. I find a lot of value in learning from my peers and mentors, and do my best to create a positive environment to work and learn in.

 3. Determined 

I try not let any hardships prevent me from success. Having only realized my passion for media production relatively recently, I am incredibly motivated to learn and do more to grow my skills and knowledge.
